Zeytin Yağlı Patlıcan (Aubergine with Olive Oil)

Ingredients

  • One Kg Eggplant
  • 8 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • An Onion
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • A Teaspoon Tomato Paste
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 3 Green Peppers
  • Salt
  • A Teaspoon Powdered Sugar
  • A Cup Water

For the Above:

  • Chopped Parsley

Firstly, you chop up eggplant like a solid bar. Wait in water with salt. And fry the olive oil. Fry the onions until they turn golden brown. Add garlic. Please mix about two for about 1-2 times. Add tomato paste on garlic. You fry it. 

You are amazing. 

Secondly, you add the eggplants squeezed and cook for about 1-2 minutes. You mix the eggplants with the chopped onions and the tomatoes that you cook.

Almost all this. 

Finally, add the salt, powdered sugar and water and cook with water until the lid is closed. Garnish with chopped parsley. Please serve warm.
