Ingredients

  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 3 Chopped Onions
  • Head of 5 Fresh Onions
  • 2/5 Garlic Cloves
  • 200 Grams of Zucchini
  • 4 Chopped Carrots
  • 300 Grams of Eggplant
  • 5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 Grams of Chicken Broth
  • Salt
  • 3.5 Grams Vegetable Seasoning 
  • 4 Grams of Garlic Seasoning

First of all, 3 roasts the onion and garlic in oil until the tomatoes are pink. You add tomatoes, zucchini, and carrots. Please, cook for about 15 minutes.

Secondly, add the eggplant. 

After sprinkling the spices and salt, drain the water. Close the cover securely with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 35-45 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
