Pilav (Rice)

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1.5 Tablespoons Sunflower Oil
  • 2.5 Tablespoons Barley Noodle
  • 2 Cups of Rice
  • 2 Cups of Hot Chicken Broth
  • 1.5 Pcs Cutting Sugar
  • 5 Drops of Lemon Juice
  • 1-2 Teaspoons of Salt

You need wide-based cookware. Firstly, you add grain-shaped macaroni. Then you should brown it. Please, you must be careful. However, grain-shaped macaroni shouldn’t burn. It should take a pink color.

Secondly, you wash the rice in a bowl. Then you add into the wide-based cookware.

Can you mix up for about 7 minutes?  It will be delicious.

If you want, you add brown sugar and lemon. And you add chicken broth and salt. Thirdly, you should close the saucepan lid. Please, you cook for about 15-19 minutes. It has low heat. Finally, rice should boil down.

Now, you wait for about 30-40 minutes. If you want, you wrap with flannel.
