İstiridye Mantar Sote (Oyster Mushroom Saute)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Kilogram of Oyster Mushroom (chopped)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • A Tbsp Butter
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)
  • 4 Branch Fresh Thyme
  • A Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • A Teaspoon of Chili Peppers

Firstly, you need a pan. Add olive oil. You should chop up mushrooms. Please, you sauteed. 

When boiling down the mushrooms, you add garlic and lemon juice. Moreover, you cook on fire for about 2 minutes.  Then add salt, chili peppers, and fresh thyme. Mix, please. 

Finally, add butter and wait until melt. You can putt of the oven.
