Continental Cheese Spread



Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free milk
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced green onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Assorted crackers

Directions

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Beat in the Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, thyme and pepper until well blended. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
