Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder of choice
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp of maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • Sliced apples or fruit of choice
Instructions
  1. Place the four ingredients in a bowl and mix well until completely blended into one smooth and creamy dip. Enjoy at room temperature or place in fridge for up to 4 days.
  2. When ready to eat, dip the apples or fruit of choice in the peanut butter dip.
